Die Bevölkerung Rios durfte im Kanu- und Kayak-Stadion baden, bevor es für die Spiele im Sommer an das olympische Komitee übergeben wurde. Fotos von Yasuyoshi Chiba.

Für die Kanu- und Kajak-Wettbewerbe an den Olympischen Spielen im kommenden Sommer wurde in Rio im Deodoro Olympic Park das White-Water-Stadium gebaut. Bevor es diese Woche dem Olympischen Komitee übergeben wurde, war es der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich, um sich abzukühlen. An den Spielen im Sommer sollen im Stadion 8424 Menschen Platz finden, die das Spektakel auf den 250 bis 400 Meter langen Parcours mitverfolgen können.
